Globally, 347 million metric tonnes of e-waste went unrecycled in 2022, with only 17.4% of global e-waste currently recycled and volumes growing by roughly 2 million metric tonnes annually. FoxWise offers three programs in partnership with Compugen to help organizations address this challenge:

A first-of-its-kind program offering carbon credits for end-of-first-life IT assets. Beyond carbon credits, CarbonBank can offset new IT equipment purchases to make them carbon neutral, helping organizations offset their operational carbon footprint and resulting climate impact.

FutureValue

By committing to a second life for technology at the time of purchase, organizations can benefit from up to a 20% reduction in initial IT hardware costs while refreshing technology more frequently. Participating in FutureValue earns valuable carbon credits while more regular device refreshes enhance staff experience, reduce lifecycle costs, and mitigate security risks.

Practicing What We Preach

It’s one thing to say you care about the environment and another to do something about it. As part of this initiative, FoxWise partners with companies that operate within facilities designed with sustainability in mind, including a head office built with environment-friendly features: large picture windows that reduce lighting costs by 40%, electronic sensors that automatically turn off lights in empty rooms, energy-efficient heating and cooling racks in configuration centres, and follow-me print stations that right-sized printer fleets and reduced wasted printouts and electrical consumption. Water consumption has been reduced by 60% through low-flow fixtures, auto-on faucets, and rainwater capture for drought-resistant landscaping, and electric vehicle charging stations support staff sustainability goals.
